Funding Pot – New Creative Wales Development Fund
Welsh Government has just announced a ‘New Creative Wales Development Fund’ focusing on supporting projects within digital content and/or media sphere including Games, Animation, Createch and Creative Services.
Wales based businesses that develop content, products and services in the Creative Industries may apply. There is £1.5m available for projects in this funding round and projects will be prioritised based on their ability to meet funding criteria as outlined in the guidance. A maximum of £25,000 will be allocated to each successful project.
Development funding is designed to enable a business to get to the stage where they can fund their own ongoing growth – to create a long lasting, sustainable revenue streams for businesses and a lasting, positive impact on the sector.
Applying
The fund will open for applications from Monday 13th September 2021, and will close Monday 11th October.
