Mortgage Scheme 5% Deposit Guarantees

A new mortgage scheme, backed by Government is due to open and guarantees lender offering of mortgages to those with a deposit of 5% on homes valued up to £600,000.

Buyers using the scheme can fix their mortgage rate for at least five years if they choose. The scheme runs from April 2021 until 31 December 2022, across the UK.
