LHP is Seeking a Payroll Manager!

LHP Chartered Accountants has a position within our Carmarthen office for a Payroll Manager. We are a dynamic and growing organisation with great employee benefits. If this sounds like you, get in touch with our HR director Janet Collins on!

Duties will include:

  • Running multi-cycle payrolls on BrightPay
  • Report writing
  • Query resolution
  • Year end, P11d procedures and P60’s
  • Staff management and development
  • Implementation of processes and good practice
  • Assist with auto enrolment procedures

For this role, you will need:

  • Ideally experience of working within a payroll bureau / practice environment
  • Extensive payroll knowledge
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong organisational /administrative skills
  • Knowledge of BrightPay Manager, although training will be given
