Norman Williams – Office Manager

Norman began his accountancy journey straight from school at a Llanelli Accountants office in 1985 before moving to Carmarthen in 1987. He made the decision to further his development in 1993 when he joined LHP.
During his many years with this firm he has gained valuable experience in the preparation of accounts for many different businesses, especially professional practices including solicitor firms.
Norman’s role as office manager gives him an overview of the whole office. He is also involved the development and supervision of the firm’s trainee staff to enable them to progress further within the company. You will regularly see Norman running about the office making sure all staff are in work and deadlines are met. He is a fluent Welsh speaker.
Whilst at LHP, Norman has gained the AAT Qualification.
Norman has many interests outside of work from spending time with his family, playing golf and watching most types of sports
