Introducing DEXT Commerce

Dext has just added a new addition to their impressive suite of apps.

First there was *Dext Prepare (formally Receipt Bank), then *Dext Precision (formally Xavier) and now there is Dext Commerce (formally Green Bank).

Dext Commerce helps e-commerce clients by simplifying the collection and categorisation of sales data from 16 e-commerce, POS and payment platforms, including Amazon, PayPal, Shopify and Stripe. It also integrates with Xero and QuickBooks.

Key features

Key Dext Commerce features include a digital record of sales transactions line by line to support compliance with new data regulations, and the ability to itemise sales, fees, refunds and reimbursements data, line by line, with one subscription.

Dext Commerce connects to online point of sales systems (e-commerce) and extracts the line-item data and posts directly into your accounting software. This takes away the need to export your sales, manipulate spreadsheets and reupload to your accounting package.

*Dext Prepare is an app used for extracting data from your invoices, placing it into chosen software with little effort. Clients take photos of invoices on their smartphone (or scan) and ping them to Dext.

*Dext Precision analyses Xero/QuickBooks accounts, showing you errors and how to clean your data.
